Tourette's Disorder Logo Tourette Syndrome Tourette Syndrome is also referred to as Tourette’s Disorder, Tourettes, TS and sometimes Tourette Spectrum Disorder.

Reflexology and Tourette Syndrome

Reflexology is a way of balancing the body by using gentle touch or massage to reflex areas in the feet (or hands). The body is like a carefully balanced machine only needing a very minor complication (although everyone has their own levels of tolerance) to upset the balance.

How does it work?

In the feet (or hands) there are reflex areas which are linked to different areas of the body by 'energy lines' or 'channels'. When an imbalance occurs the energy channel becomes 'blocked' and by applying gentle pressure or massaging the various areas on the feet (or hands) the channels are 'unblocked' thus stimulating self healing within the body and returning it to good working order.

Reflexology can improve almost all ailments and conditions but is particularly beneficial for stress and related conditions.
